Processing and use of personal data
A user may register only once on the Website. Auto’s Op Curacao discourages the placement of fraudulent ads. Auto’s Op Curacao may therefore may ask for your first and last name, email address, home address and telephone number and will check this information for accuracy if it deems it necessary. Your information is not sold or shared with third parties without your explicit consent. Your data may be disclosed to third parties if this is necessary for the performance of the services of Auto’s Op Curacao or if required by law.
Auto’s Op Curacao may use your personal data for commercial purposes, for example to provide you with further information about the services of Auto’s Op Curacao or relevant products or services of carefully selected organizations. You will then only be informed by Auto’s Op Curacao on your registered email address. Change, or delete data
You can quickly and easily change the registered information by logging into your account. If desired, you can delete your ad. This is then removed from the server completely within 6 working days. If desired, you can also completely cancel your registration by sending a request via the contact form. By deleting your account all your registered ads and data will be removed. Deleting your account means that you can no longer use some of our services.
Spam and Abuse of Personal Data
Third parties are not allowed to collect data collected/processed by Auto’s p Curacao. Third parties are also expressly forbidden to send mailings (spam) using the collected/processed by Auto’s Op Curacao to the email address of advertisers and users of autosopcuracao.com.
Cookies
